Yes, we L-O-V-E Planning
Team meetings are key to keeping morale high, business goals aligned, and fostering a collaborative team environment. These meetings encourage open communication, idea sharing, and problem-solving, which ultimately boosts productivity and innovation. Last month at our annual meeting, we re-opened the discussion of our Unique Value as a general contracting company. What makes us different from the pack? We want to share the areas we believe make us unique:
- We are overtly dedicated to our local community.
- We have a thoughtfully crafted staff, with a heart for service.
- We strive to build personal relationships through trust.
These words aren’t a marketing slogan; it’s our company’s DNA. We want every member of the team to embody our values, ensuring clients experience consistent quality and service at every touchpoint. THIS IS OUR 2024 GOAL!
Food for thought:
“Teamwork is the secret that makes common people achieve uncommon results.”
— Ifeanyi Enoch Onuoha
From the desk of Janelle…
Effective January 1, 2024, the statute in Washington that governs real estate brokerage relationships was significantly revised. The revisions modernize the 25-year-old law, provide additional transparency and consumer protections, and acknowledge the importance of buyer representation. For years, real estate brokerage firms were only required to enter into written agreements with sellers, not buyers. But the Agency Law now requires firms to enter into a written “brokerage services agreement” with ANY party the firm represents, buyer or seller. This agreement will contain information such as the terms of the agreement, exclusive/nonexclusive relationship, compensation details, and more.
