Atop a ridge sits the beginnings of a stunning custom home, complete with panoramic views of the valley below. In this season, we take the opportunity to reflect on how much we love working side-by-side with homeowners to bring a vision to life. Often it’s a vision they’ve seen in their heads for years. As framing goes up, the dream takes shape and excitement grows. For all of us at AJW, being a part of that excitement is a privilege we don’t take lightly. Housing Market Stats-to-Know
The market appears to be in a period of transition (not a shocker, right)! Although sales are still happening, the pace of growth during the third quarter was modest and listing inventory has risen significantly…which favors home buyers faced with decades-high mortgage rates. Home sale prices/Asking prices were up, which is a little counterintuitive given where mortgage rates are sitting. Currently we’ve got ourselves a balanced housing market, favoring neither the seller nor buyer.

Giving Back!
AJW Construction, along with other local businesses, has teamed up with the Historic Downtown Prosser Association to collect toys and food for local families in need this season! Non-perishable food items and toys for children ages 5-11 can be dropped off at our office through the end of November. We are honored to play a small part in servicing the needs of our community, and hope you can help! Other drop-off locations include: Horse Heaven Saloon, Calico Kisses, Shaka Cafe, Community First Realty, Jade’s British Girl Treats, Sunnyside Assisted Living, The Prosser House, Renz Farmers Insurance, Banner Bank, FruitSmart, HDPA, Prosser Chamber, Prosser Library, Brewminatti, Port of Benton, and Windermere Horse Heaven Hills. We thank these amazing community members!
