Feeling Fall!
Who else LOVES this time of year? Maybe it’s the comfort of getting back into a steady routine. Or the warm colors of changing leaves that bring excitement and cheerfulness! Autumn is often associated with both nostalgia as we reflect on traditions, and courage as we’re drawn to fresh opportunities and experiences. It can be hard to see summer end…but Pumpkin latte in hand, we embrace all things fall!
“Autumn shows us how beautiful
it is to let things go.”

Market Analysis
This is the current market report for the Lower Yakima Valley. What this report does not show is the change in the market. As of August 31st in the Lower Yakima Valley there were 338 contracts written. Data pulled for the previous year showed 352 contracts. When comparing residential sales for year to date (YTD), the market shows 302 for 2023 versus 401 as of this time last year. This data is simply given to inform consumers of changes in the market. Many things impact current market trends! As a consumer, this information can be helpful when considering if now is the right time to remodel, move, sell, or save. At AJW we do not give financial advice, however we do keep ourselves informed on local market trends and what can be done to increase the value of your home. If you are interested in learning more about the Lower Yakima Valley market, or would like to see stats for the Tri-Cities market, please email office@buildajw.com.
